An approved, accepted order and print-ready file are required by the cutoff; availability also depends on the product, the quantity, and what is already on the press.

Questions people ask when they are in a hurry
- How late can I order for same-day pickup?
- For same-day pickup, we need an approved, accepted order and a print-ready file by 1:00 PM. After that we will be honest with you about whether it is still possible — sometimes it is.
- What if my file is not set up correctly?
- We inspect resolution, bleed, margins, fonts, and color mode. If the file needs work, we explain the options and quote any paid file preparation before we start.
- What does a rush job cost?
- Same-day work with an approved, accepted order and print-ready file by 1:00 PM does not carry a rush charge — it is scheduled into today’s run. A 30% rush charge applies only when a job has to jump ahead of work already on the press, such as while-you-wait turnaround inside the hour, and we confirm it before we start. If your artwork needs prep work, that is quoted separately.
- Is there a limit on how much you can do same day?
- Yes, and we would rather tell you up front than miss a deadline. For an approved, accepted order with a print-ready file by the cutoff, same day covers up to 2,500 flyers, 1,000 business cards, 25 single-sided yard signs, or 3 standard-size banners. Bigger runs are still welcome — we just confirm a firm time before you commit instead of promising one on the spot. Same-day slots are limited and depend on what is already on the press.
- Can you do specialty finishes same day?
- Usually not. UV coating and similar finishes need additional time, so those move to a normal turnaround. Standard 14pt business cards are no problem.
- What if you cannot hit my deadline?
- We will tell you on the phone before you pay. We would rather lose the order than miss the date you needed it.
