Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Standard turnaround for most items is typically 1-2 days, and on many jobs we can turn work around the same day at no rush charge when we have an approved, accepted order and print-ready file by 1:00 PM. Same-day availability depends on the product, the quantity, and what is already on the press. Same day covers up to 2,500 flyers, 1,000 business cards, 25 single-sided yard signs, or 3 standard-size banners; larger runs we quote with a confirmed time rather than promise on the spot. Work needed inside the hour can usually be done too, and carries a 30% rush charge.
How much do rush orders cost?
Same-day work with an approved, accepted order and print-ready file by our 1:00 PM cutoff does not carry a rush charge. It is scheduled into that day’s production run like any other job. A rush charge only applies when we have to move your job ahead of work already on the press, such as while-you-wait turnaround inside the hour, which carries a 30% rush charge. We confirm it up front, before you commit, so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.
What is the fastest turnaround time available?
Same day, on many jobs. Flyers, standard 14pt business cards and single-sided yard signs can usually be produced the same day when we have an approved, accepted order and print-ready file by 1:00 PM, and most banners in around 3-4 hours. Can all services be rushed?
Most services can be rushed, though some complex projects like large vehicle wraps or custom fabrication may have longer minimum turnaround times even for rush orders. We can discuss rush order availability for your specific project during quoting.
How do I request a rush order?
Simply mention your deadline when requesting a quote or placing an order. We'll confirm rush order availability and provide pricing. The earlier you request a rush order, the better we can accommodate your deadline.
What if I need something even faster than your standard rush time?
Contact us immediately to discuss your specific deadline. We may be able to accommodate extremely urgent needs, though additional fees may apply. We work to help customers meet critical deadlines whenever possible.
Do rush orders affect quality?
No, rush orders maintain the same quality standards as standard orders. We don't compromise on quality to meet deadlines. Rush orders are completed faster through scheduling priority and efficient workflow, not by reducing quality.
Can I upgrade to rush after placing an order?
Yes, you can upgrade to rush service after placing an order if we haven't started production yet. Contact us immediately if you need to upgrade to rush service. Once production has started, rush upgrades may not be possible.
