The Gala of Hope Foundation / Beavercreek, Ohio
Printing for a cause close to home.
The Gala of Hope Foundation supports the fight against cancer in the Dayton region, investing in local nonprofits working on patient support, access to care, treatment, and research.
As a veteran-owned business, Print Wave values serving our community. We believe in Gala of Hope's cause and are grateful for the foundation's business and trust. Our part was bringing its event artwork to life in print, across the room and in guests' hands.
Gala of Hope's mission and local workThe printed work
One event. Every printed detail.
From room-scale graphics to personalized pieces, produced and finished by Print Wave.
Banners and stage floor graphics
The event identity, at room scale. Tall hanging banners framed the venue entrance, while a custom round stage decal carried the same artwork onto the performance platform.

Personalized auction paddles
A practical auction piece made personal. Custom-cut paddles paired the colorful event artwork with individual guest names and bidder numbers, printed on both sides.
- Variable names and bidder numbers
- Two-sided printing and contour cutting
Live-auction signs and item displays
From the auction area to the individual lot, coordinated display boards helped guests see what was on offer. Printed photography, descriptions, and QR codes brought the details together.
- Foamcore auction displays
- Item photography, descriptions, and QR codes
Sponsor recognition and seating guidance
Recognition and directions, in the same visual language. Foamcore sponsor boards, seating charts, directional signs, bar panels, and stanchion signs supported the guest experience throughout the venue.
- Sponsor names and logo displays
- Seating maps and event wayfinding
Table numbers and bottle neck tags
Small-format print deserves the same care as the largest display. Gold-foil table numbers identified the seating, and coordinating foil-printed wine bottle neck tags added donor information and a finishing detail to the tables.
- Gold-foil table-number cards
- Shaped bottle neck tags with donor details
Take-home packaging and thank-you inserts
The last impression went home with the guests. Printed, cut, and hand-applied box-top graphics paired with fitted liners and thank-you inserts in black print or gold foil. Sizing and prototype work helped every printed component fit.
- Applied box-top graphics and fitted liners
- Printed and gold-foil thank-you inserts

Folded thank-you and photo-holder cards
Watercolor artwork continued onto standard folded cards and photo-holder versions. Solar White cardstock, two-sided printing, cutting, and creasing created a finished piece for the foundation's follow-up.
Gala programs and event booklets
Programs printed on satin text paper, folded and saddle-stitched into booklets that guests could use during the evening and take home afterward.
