Send the artwork you have, and tell us whether it is a draft or the final version. A file that helps us discuss the job does not have to be ready for production yet.
Files you can attach online
Our quote form accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG files. You can attach up to five files, each 10 MB or smaller. Attachments are optional, so you can still request a quote while the design is being prepared.
Preferred production format
PDF is our preferred starting point for most finished layouts. Include the correct page size and required bleed, and embed fonts or convert them to outlines where appropriate. We will confirm the requirements for your product.
Larger files and editable projects
If your artwork is larger than the upload limit or is an InDesign, Photoshop or other source file, mention it in your request. We can arrange the next step and confirm the files needed. Do not rename a file extension to get around the upload limit.
Only have a logo or a sample?
That is enough to start a conversation. Tell us what needs to change and the finished size you have in mind. We will explain any artwork preparation needed before production, including any additional cost.
